Toku Ltd. marked an important milestone with the release of its first annual report as a listed company in Singapore. As a Singapore-headquartered, cloud-native AI-powered customer experience and communications platform, Toku needed an annual report design that could present its business clearly, confidently and credibly to investors, shareholders and stakeholders. For CTS.AD, the objective was to create a polished corporate publication that reflects Toku’s market position, digital-first business model and expanding regional footprint. Annual Report Design for a Listed Company As Toku’s first annual report, the publication needed to establish a strong visual foundation for future reporting. The design approach focused on creating a professional editorial system that feels modern, tech-driven and aligned with the company’s identity. The cover uses Toku’s brand colours and iconography as the central visual language, with a dynamic purple and blue gradient supported by warm yellow highlights. The composition gives the report a confident listed-company presence while still retaining the vibrancy of a technology-led brand. The repeated Toku icon across the cover and internal visual treatments reinforces brand recognition, while the grid-like details subtly suggest data, systems, connectivity and digital infrastructure. Corporate Reporting with a Technology-Led Identity The internal pages were designed to support both corporate governance and business storytelling. Sections such as Corporate Information adopt a clean, structured layout with strong typographic hierarchy, ensuring that statutory and investor-related information remains easy to read. For financial and operational content, the design introduces branded charts, tables, highlight panels and clear visual callouts.
