About CTS.AD

Small studio. Big appetite for the work.

We're an independent advertising and design studio in Singapore, founded in 2016. We keep the team lean so the people you meet are the people doing the work — no account layers, no telephone game.

Our story

CTS.AD started in a rented shophouse unit on Amoy Street with two desks, a stubborn belief in craft, and a dislike of jargon. Nine years on, we've grown to a team of fourteen, but the founding instinct hasn't changed: do fewer things, do them properly, and never confuse a deck with the work.

We partner with challenger brands, heritage businesses going modern, and regional players expanding across Southeast Asia. What they share is ambition and a refusal to be beige.

How we work

Strategy first, always. Before a pixel is pushed, we get under the skin of your business, your customer and your category. Then design, then build, then launch — and we stay through the messy middle because that's where good ideas actually get made.

What we value

Four things we don't compromise on.

01 · Clarity

We'd rather tell you the truth than tell you what you want to hear. Honest feedback makes better work.

02 · Craft

Details are not details. They're the difference between a brand people tolerate and one they trust.

03 · Speed

Lean teams move fast. We respect your timeline and your budget as much as your brief.

04 · Partnership

We're on your side, not above it. The best work happens when we're in it together.

The team

People you'll actually work with.
