Sustainability report and roadmap design for Tan Tock Seng Hospital by CTS.AD, featuring healthcare storytelling and ESG-focused editorial design.
CTS.AD developed a sustainability publication suite for Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) comprising the Sustainability Report 2026 and Sustainability Roadmap 2030 . Together, the two publications present the hospital’s sustainability journey with a clear narrative: advancing healthcare in a way that cares for both people and the planet. Concept & Creative Direction The core creative direction was anchored on the theme “Healing People, Healing the Planet” . This idea reflects the dual role of healthcare institutions today: caring for patients while also making responsible choices for the wider environment and future generations. The cover design uses an aerial forest texture paired with a stethoscope form, creating a visual metaphor that connects medical care with environmental stewardship. For the accompanying Sustainability Roadmap 2030 , the visual treatment continues the nature-led direction, using a green landscape texture, floral accents and a heart-shaped pathway to express long-term commitment, care and collective progress. Editorial Design & Narrative Flow The Sustainability Report was designed with a calm, structured and professional editorial system. The internal pages use a clean healthcare-inspired layout, supported by soft gradients, generous spacing and strong typographic hierarchy. Opening spreads such as About Tan Tock Seng Hospital and How it all began establish the hospital’s legacy, vision and purpose. Large photographic moments of healthcare professionals create an immediate sense of authenticity, while key statements are highlighted with confidence. The report’s chapter dividers were designed to feel reflective, using softly blurred hospital imagery as a backdrop. This gives each section a considered pause, helping readers move through topics such as community care, workforce culture and future readiness with a sense of progression.
