CTS.AD designed and installed murals for PetroChina’s Singapore office, blending heritage with modern visuals across three floors of office space.
In our collaboration with PetroChina International , CTS.AD was engaged to reimagine the interior experience of their Singapore office at Millenia Tower through a series of custom-designed wall murals and posters. Spanning three levels, the project aimed to modernise the office space while honouring the company’s deep-rooted heritage and its global footprint. Transforming Workspaces with Art Across shared areas, we installed murals that blend corporate goals with refined Chinese artistic influences. Traditional brushwork and ink motifs carry messages of transformation, long-term vision, and core values. This East-West mix honours PetroChina’s heritage while, importantly, signalling its forward direction. These artworks were placed in high-traffic communal spaces, such as pantry and breakout areas, encouraging casual engagement and reflection in an everyday setting. Key Highlight – The “Talent Principle” mural The “Talent Principle” mural stands out as a key highlight of the project. More than an artistic display, it clearly expresses PetroChina’s commitment to developing its people. It brings purpose and depth to the workspace and reinforces shared values among staff. Next to it, a custom-designed pillar mural maps the growth journey of PetroChina’s Singapore office, giving guests a visual story as they wait to enter the meeting room. Marketing Department Posters Within the Marketing Department, we created a vibrant poster series based on the company’s Business Principles. Using bold graphics and lively colours, these posters spark curiosity and conversations. They also create a dynamic, engaging environment for team members. Feature Wall at Reception As visitors move toward the main reception, they are greeted by a large-scale feature wall showcasing PetroChina’s global trade network. This mural highlights the organisation’s presence in over 20 countries and its three major operational hubs in Houston, London, and Singapore. It offers both employees and
