CTS.AD designed Fullerton Health’s 2024 Sustainability Report with strong visuals, ESG infographics, and clear layouts that connect with stakeholders.
CTS.AD partnered with Fullerton Health to design their 2024 Sustainability Report, titled Care with Conscience . Our goal was to make the report informative, easy to navigate, and visually engaging. We focused on creating a design that reflects the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts clearly for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Highlighting Environmental Progress Early The report opens with a strong visual spread covering Fullerton Health’s environmental achievements. This double-page section uses real photography, footprint graphics, and soft layering to show carbon reduction and zero-fine compliance. The layout is designed to quickly inform and visually impress. We also created a medical waste infographic with clear labels and icons. This helps readers understand how the company handles hazardous and pharmaceutical waste. Alongside this, a visual strategy wheel breaks down the group-wide waste management approach. Consistent Design with Data Clarity Alongside this, we designed a comprehensive contents spread that clearly organises the entire report, making it easy for readers to navigate across chapters. To support navigation, we designed a well-organised contents spread that groups chapters by theme and colour. This allows readers to easily find key sections, whether they're focused on governance, healthcare outcomes, or climate initiatives. From the outset, our goal was to create a clear, professional, and visually engaging sustainability report design that communicates complex environmental data and long-term goals with clarity and confidence. We collaborated closely with the Fullerton Health team to ensure the design aligned with their corporate identity and communicated their sustainability narrative with impact.
